- Step 1: Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. This ensures a great sear on your steaks.
- Step 2: Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Step 3: Add olive oil to the skillet or grill. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Once cooked, remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Step 4: In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 5: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before removing from heat.
- Step 6: Slice the rested steaks and plate them alongside the perfectly cooked shrimp.
- Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your choice of sides. Enjoy!
