Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped, fresh or frozen, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat fresh or canned, handle gently
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
For serving
  • Tortilla chips or baguette slices

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Gently fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, and green onions.
  5. Step 5: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Step 7: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or baguette slices.

Notes

This dip is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven until warmed through.
