- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Step 2: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Step 3: Place the tortillas butter-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
- Step 4: Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the tortillas.
- Step 5: Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese begins to melt and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Step 6: Fold the tortillas in half and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until crispy.
- Step 7: Remove from the skillet and slice into wedges.
- Step 8: Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
