Ingredients

For the Alfredo Feast
  • 1 lb snow crab legs sweet and succulent
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta classic choice for creamy sauces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter adds richness and flavor
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream for that luscious, creamy texture
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese a must for that cheesy goodness
For garnish
  • fresh parsley
  • lemon wedges

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Large Pot

Method

  1. Step 1: Start by cooking the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain it and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Step 4: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Step 5: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Step 6: Now, add the cooked fettuccine and shrimp back into the skillet, tossing everything to coat in that creamy Alfredo sauce.
  7. Step 7: Place the cooked snow crab legs on a serving platter, and serve the fettuccine and shrimp Alfredo alongside them.
  8. Step 8: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy every delicious bite!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge. They should be consumed within 2-3 days. To reheat, gently warm in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of cream or water to bring back the sauce's creaminess.
