  • 1 cup cooked crab meat Sweet and tender, it elevates the dish beautifully.
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Helps bind everything together.
  • 2 green onions chopped For a fresh, mild onion flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning Enhances the seafood flavors perfectly.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper For a little warmth.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped, adds a fresh touch and color.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese gives a cheesy finish.
  • 2 tbsp melted butter For a deliciously golden and crispy top.

Equipment

  • Oven

  • Aluminum foil

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Take your loaf of bread and cut it into a grid pattern. Make deep cuts but be careful not to slice all the way through.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, crab meat, shrimp, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Step 4: Gently pull apart the sections of the bread and fill them with the seafood mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
  5. Step 5: Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the filled bread.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the filled bread.
  7. Step 7: Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Step 8: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
  9. Step 9: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
