- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Take your loaf of bread and cut it into a grid pattern. Make deep cuts but be careful not to slice all the way through.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, crab meat, shrimp, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Step 4: Gently pull apart the sections of the bread and fill them with the seafood mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
- Step 5: Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the filled bread.
- Step 6: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the filled bread.
- Step 7: Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Step 8: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
- Step 9: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
