Ingredients
  

For the Michelada Base
  • 2 large bottles light Mexican beer
  • 1 cup clamato juice
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp celery salt
For the Seafood
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup assorted seafood snacks
  • 1 cup garnishes pickled jalapeƱos, olives, and celery sticks
For Garnish
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • Ice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large pitcher, combine the clamato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, chili powder, and celery salt. Mix well until everything is fully blended.
  2. Step 2: Fill tall glasses with ice. Pour the prepared mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
  3. Step 3: Carefully pour the light Mexican beer into each glass until they are full, allowing for some foam to form on top.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the cooked shrimp, lobster meat, crab meat, and assorted seafood snacks on top of the drinks.
  5. Step 5: Garnish each glass with lime wedges, pickled jalapeƱos, olives, and celery sticks.

Notes
