- Step 1: In a large pitcher, combine the clamato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, chili powder, and celery salt. Mix well until everything is fully blended.
- Step 2: Fill tall glasses with ice. Pour the prepared mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
- Step 3: Carefully pour the light Mexican beer into each glass until they are full, allowing for some foam to form on top.
- Step 4: Arrange the cooked shrimp, lobster meat, crab meat, and assorted seafood snacks on top of the drinks.
- Step 5: Garnish each glass with lime wedges, pickled jalapeƱos, olives, and celery sticks.
- Step 6: Serve immediately and enjoy your seafood michelada tower with friends and family!
Notes
This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers, you can store the clamato mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
