  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts the star of the dish, juicy and tender
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 8 oz green beans trimmed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter the heart of the garlic butter sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme a lovely herb that adds depth
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary for that aromatic flavor that ties everything together
  • to taste salt essential seasoning for flavor
  • to taste pepper essential seasoning for flavor
  • fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and get that kitchen warmed up!
  2. Step 2: In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
  3. Step 3: Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the chicken breasts. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Step 4: In a small bowl, mix the remaining butter with minced garlic. Pour this delicious garlic butter mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Step 5: Now, place the skillet in your preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Step 6: After 20 minutes, toss in the green beans and mix everything together. Return the skillet to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
