- Step 1: In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the Cajun seasoning, lemon halves, onion, and garlic.
- Step 2: Once boiling, add the halved red potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until they start to soften.
- Step 3: Add the corn and smoked sausage to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, letting those flavors meld together.
- Step 4: Now, add the shrimp and blue crabs. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the crabs are cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Step 5: Carefully drain the seafood and vegetables, then transfer them to a large serving platter or a newspaper-lined table for a true seafood boil experience.
