- Step 4: Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Step 5: Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Give it a quick stir and taste to adjust the seasoning.
- Step 6: Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
