Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cut potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Step 2: Season the ribeye steaks generously on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Step 4: Plate the ribeye steaks alongside the garlic shrimp and seasoned fries. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the steak and shrimp in a skillet and the fries in the oven for best results.
