- Step 1: Start by cooking the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set them aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Toss in the minced garlic, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
- Step 4: Now, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5: Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Add the lo mein noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Step 6: Remove from heat and garnish with the chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
