- Step 1: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and season with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 4-6 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Step 2: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Step 3: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add the shrimp to the skillet, along with the remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 5: Add the cherry tomatoes and corn to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Step 6: Pour in the heavy cream and return the cooked steak to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 7: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm it up on the stove over medium heat, adding a splash of water or broth to keep it moist.
