- Step 1: In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
- Step 2: Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to soak in all those delicious flavors.
- Step 3: In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set this aside for later.
- Step 4: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated shrimp, reserving the marinade for later use.
- Step 5: Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque.
- Step 6: Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Step 7: Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens to a glossy glaze.
- Step 8: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
