- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- Step 2: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Step 4: Serve the sticky Cajun shrimp hot with the creamy spicy dip on the side. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store any leftover shrimp and dip in airtight containers in the fridge. The shrimp will keep for about 2 days, while the dip can last up to a week. Just make sure to reheat the shrimp gently before serving again!
