Ingredients
Method
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Step 2: Add the minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, and dried rosemary (if using) to the mixture. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Step 3: Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated.
- Step 4: Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
- Step 5: When you’re ready, remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Cook the steak to your desired doneness on a grill, in a skillet, or in the oven.
Notes
Don't skip the marination time! Even a couple of hours can make a big difference. Store leftover marinade (not used on raw meat) in an airtight container for up to one week.
