- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Step 2: Add the minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme to the bowl. Whisk everything together until well blended.
- Step 3: Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Step 4: Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours if you want to maximize that flavor.
- Step 5: When you're ready to cook, remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill or cook the steak to your desired doneness.

Don't skip the marinating time; even an hour makes a big difference! Store leftover marinade in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
