- Step 1: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the steak pieces, seasoning them with salt, pepper, paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Step 2: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Toss in the minced garlic, diced bell peppers, and chopped onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and aromatic.
- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Step 4: Stir in the cooked rice and the reserved steak, mixing everything thoroughly until heated through.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and chopped parsley before serving.
