- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix, softened butter, and egg. Stir until a dough forms.
- Step 3: Drop spoonfuls of half the cookie dough evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Step 4: Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar packet over the dough layer.
- Step 5: Spoon the entire can of apple pie filling evenly over the dough and cinnamon-sugar.
- Step 6: Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough over the apple pie filling. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar packet over the top.
- Step 7: Drizzle the caramel topping over the entire cobbler.
- Step 8: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Leftovers can be stored tightly covered at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
