Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp and Creamed Corn
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups creamed corn canned or homemade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Step 4: Stir in the creamed corn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and chopped parsley before serving.
