  • 200 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g squid cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for sautéing
  • 1 tsp sesame oil for finishing touch
  • Cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Introduce the shrimp and squid to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are cooked through.
  4. Step 4: Next, toss in the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. Step 5: Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine. Let everything cook together for another minute.
  6. Step 6: Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and give it a good mix.
  7. Step 7: Serve hot over a bed of fluffy cooked rice, and enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes
