  • 1 cup cooked scallops chopped
  • 1 cup diced avocado
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional

Method
