Seafood Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

These Seafood Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are one such dish that brings back fond memories of family gatherings and laughter-filled evenings. Plus, they are incredibly easy to whip up, making them a perfect choice for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients
  

For the Lasagna Roll-Ups
  • 9 pieces lasagna noodles choose the best quality
  • 2 cups cooked seafood shrimp, crab, or a combination
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese keeps roll-ups moist
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese adds nutty flavor
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for extra cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce ties flavors together
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for color and freshness
  • to taste salt and pepper for flavor enhancement

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked seafood, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
  4. Step 4: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Take one lasagna noodle, spread a portion of the seafood mixture along the length, and roll it up. Place the roll seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
  6. Step 6: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled lasagna and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Step 7: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Step 8: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Step 9: Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
