Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked seafood, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
- Step 4: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Step 5: Take one lasagna noodle, spread a portion of the seafood mixture along the length, and roll it up. Place the roll seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
- Step 6: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled lasagna and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Step 7: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Step 8: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Step 9: Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
