  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 green onions chopped for garnish
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Equipment

Method

  1. Step 1: Marinate the beef by combining it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil, garlic, ginger, and sliced vegetables. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Step 4: Return the cooked beef to the skillet, mix everything together, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Step 5: Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
