- Step 1: Marinate the beef by combining it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil, garlic, ginger, and sliced vegetables. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Step 4: Return the cooked beef to the skillet, mix everything together, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 5: Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
