- Step 1: Start by cooking the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside with the steak.
- Step 4: Add the minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender.
- Step 5: Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Step 6: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
