- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup of sugar, and lemon juice. Gently toss to coat and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gradually fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Step 4: In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until evenly coated.
- Step 5: In a 9x9 inch dish, press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom to form a crust.
- Step 6: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by half of the blueberry mixture.
- Step 7: Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker mixture, cream cheese mixture, and blueberries.
- Step 8: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
This dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil to keep it fresh.
