- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Step 4: Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Step 5: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top each breast with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 7: While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 8: In the same skillet used for the chicken, add the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Step 9: Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Step 10: Serve the creamy spaghetti on plates and top with the mozzarella Parmesan garlic chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze chicken and pasta separately to maintain texture.
