  • 2 boneless chicken breasts skinless
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Pasta
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Step 4: Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Step 5: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top each breast with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Step 7: While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  8. Step 8: In the same skillet used for the chicken, add the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  9. Step 9: Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to combine.
  10. Step 10: Serve the creamy spaghetti on plates and top with the mozzarella Parmesan garlic chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
