- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, cumin, and beaten egg. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 12-15 minutes. Turn them gently to avoid breaking apart.
- Step 3: In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Step 4: Serve the meatballs warm alongside the creamy tzatziki sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Tzatziki can be kept in the fridge for about a week.
