Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
For the Fries
  • 1 bag frozen French fries your favorite brand
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
Garnishes
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Step 3: Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  4. Step 4: While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and arrange them on a serving platter.
  6. Step 6: Top the fries with cooked shrimp, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
  7. Step 7: Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the top.
  8. Step 8: Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired, and serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat them in the oven to keep the fries crispy.
