- Step 1: In a large pot, fill it with water and bring it to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt and the Old Bay seasoning.
- Step 2: Once boiling, add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes or until they are slightly tender.
- Step 3: Add the corn to the pot and continue to boil for an additional 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Now, it's time to add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels to the pot. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and the mussels open up, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 5: Carefully drain the seafood and veggies, then transfer everything to a large serving bowl.
- Step 6: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Step 7: Drizzle this luscious garlic butter over the seafood and vegetables.
- Step 8: Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!
