  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon sliced for freshness
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water for boiling

Equipment

  • Large Pot

Method

  1. Step 1: In a large pot, fill it with water and bring it to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt and the Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Step 2: Once boiling, add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes or until they are slightly tender.
  3. Step 3: Add the corn to the pot and continue to boil for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Now, it's time to add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels to the pot. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and the mussels open up, which should take about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Step 6: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  7. Step 7: Drizzle this luscious garlic butter over the seafood and vegetables.
  8. Step 8: Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!
