  • frozen crispy chicken tenders cooked according to package directions
  • flour tortillas large burrito-size
  • broccoli slaw fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil a tiny splash
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds for topping

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Cook the frozen crispy chicken tenders following package directions. Let them cool slightly so they're warm but won't make tortillas soggy.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth and creamy.
  3. Step 3: Toss the broccoli slaw in the dressing until well coated.
  4. Step 4: Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon about ½ cup of dressed broccoli slaw in the center.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sliced almonds over the slaw. Place one crispy chicken tender on top.
  6. Step 6: Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito to enclose the filling.
  7. Step 7: Serve immediately while chicken is warm and crispy.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the dressing in advance. Store assembled wraps wrapped tightly in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or keep slaw and chicken separate to avoid sogginess. Reheat chicken gently to maintain crispiness.
