- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. This will be your delicious glaze!
- Step 2: Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. You want it hot enough to give your salmon a nice sear.
- Step 3: Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet, skin-side down. You should hear that lovely sizzle!
- Step 4: Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip the fillets. The skin should be crispy by now.
- Step 5: Pour the honey mixture over the salmon and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, basting with the sauce until the salmon is cooked through and beautifully glazed.
- Step 6: Remove from heat and serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop to avoid drying out the salmon.
