- Step 1: In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate the lamb chops in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 2: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove lamb chops from the marinade and place them in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
- Step 3: Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until creamy and smooth.
- Step 4: Plate the creamy mashed potatoes and top with the honey garlic glazed lamb chops. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm the lamb chops in a skillet and the mashed potatoes in the microwave, adding a splash of cream if they become too thick.
