Method
- Step 1: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Add the beef cubes and make sure they are well coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 2: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into thin strips. Toss the potato strips with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 3: Bake the fries for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
- Step 4: Heat up your grill to medium-high. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto your skewers. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Step 5: Serve the grilled beef skewers alongside the crispy fries and enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the beef skewers and fries in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
