- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: Toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Step 4: Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Step 5: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 6: Add the seasoned steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Step 7: Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Step 8: Slice the steaks and serve alongside the fries, garnishing with fresh parsley.
