Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Steak
  • 2 ribeye steaks ribeye steaks juicy and tender
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
For the Fries
  • 4 medium potatoes sliced into fries
  • 1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Step 4: Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  5. Step 5: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Step 6: Add the seasoned steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  7. Step 7: Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Step 8: Slice the steaks and serve alongside the fries, garnishing with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers; fries last up to 3 days, steaks best consumed within 2 days.
