- Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Step 4: Toss in the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Step 5: Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Drizzle sesame oil over the top and stir to combine.
- Step 7: Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
