For the Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooked rice or noodles

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Step 4: Toss in the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Step 5: Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Step 6: Drizzle sesame oil over the top and stir to combine.
  7. Step 7: Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
