- Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
- Step 3: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Step 4: In the same skillet, add broccoli and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Step 5: Return the shrimp to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 6: Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of water or broth to keep it moist.
