- Step 1: Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and the ranch seasoning mix. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5: Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Step 6: Combine the cooked farfalle with the shrimp and sauce, mixing thoroughly.
- Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, add a splash of cream or milk to loosen the sauce if it thickens too much.
