Method
- Step 1: First, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. You want it hot enough to get a nice sear on the shrimp.
- Step 2: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
- Step 3: Now, add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with black pepper. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Next, toss in the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
- Step 5: Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to coat the shrimp and vegetables evenly.
- Step 6: Finally, serve hot over cooked rice. Enjoy your delicious creation!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When reheating, add a splash of water or broth to keep everything moist.
