  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
For the Crispy Seasoned Fries
  • 2 large russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and Pepper

  • fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the cut russet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Step 3: Bake the fries for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Step 4: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  5. Step 5: Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet, then add the steak bites in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Step 6: Reduce heat to low, then add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for an additional minute.
  7. Step 7: Remove steak bites from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  8. Step 8: Serve your delicious garlic butter steak bites alongside the crispy seasoned fries.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the steak bites and fries in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days.
