  • 1 lb large shrimp fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 Juice lemon
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain it and set it aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once it’s melted, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Next, add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Step 4: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing it to combine with the shrimp and garlic butter.
  5. Step 5: Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Give it a taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
