  • 8 oz ramen noodles quick-cooking
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish
  • Optional: red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Start by cooking the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once they're done, drain them and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Step 3: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Toss in the shrimp. Cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Step 5: Stir in the soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until the shrimp are coated.
  6. Step 6: Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss them to combine with the shrimp and sauce.
