- Step 1: Start by cooking the linguine pasta according to package instructions until it’s al dente. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. When it starts to foam, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, which should take about 1 minute.
- Step 3: Now, add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook them until they turn pink and opaque, around 3-4 minutes. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper to taste!
- Step 4: Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir everything to combine, and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5: Gradually add the Parmesan, mozzarella, and feta cheeses. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Step 6: Finally, add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in that rich cheese sauce.
- Step 7: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges on the side for that perfect zesty finish!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or water to revive the sauce!
