  • 8 oz linguine pasta the perfect base for this dish, providing that lovely al dente texture
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter the star of the show, giving that rich, buttery taste
  • 4 cloves garlic minced for that aromatic punch
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to your spice preference for a gentle kick
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped, adds color and freshness
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon brightens up the flavors beautifully
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Start by cooking the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Step 3: Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Now, add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  5. Step 5: Stir in the cooked linguine, lemon juice, and half of the chopped parsley. Toss everything together to combine.
  6. Step 6: Serve immediately, garnished with the remaining parsley and a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
