Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter Shrimp & Corn Skillet
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Step 4: Stir in the corn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Step 5: Remove the skillet from heat, then stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.

Notes
