For the Garlic Butter Shrimp & Corn Bake
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon juice of 1
  • grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This will ensure your dish cooks evenly and comes out perfectly baked.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, corn, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley and lemon juice. Optionally, top it with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes
