- Step 1: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Step 3: Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Step 4: Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Step 6: Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
