- Step 1: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Step 2: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Step 3: Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Step 4: Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and opaque.
- Step 5: Prepare the Lemon Herb Aioli. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Serve the grilled shrimp with the Lemon Herb Aioli on the side.
