Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter Grilled Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Step 3: Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Step 4: Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and opaque.
  5. Step 5: Prepare the Lemon Herb Aioli. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Step 6: Serve the grilled shrimp with the Lemon Herb Aioli on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over medium heat.
