  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
For Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Step 3: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Step 4: Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  5. Step 5: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
