- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
- Step 3: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Step 4: Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
- Step 5: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Step 6: Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
