  • 1 lb crab meat Fresh or canned
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until golden and bubbly.

  4. Step 4: Stir in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Notes

Don’t overcook the crab; it’s already cooked, so you just want to heat it through. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
