  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 lime juice of 1 lime
  • 1 lime zest of 1 lime
Garnish
  • fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
